What this service is and is not

Invertipy compiles and presents public information about instruments on the Paraguayan securities market. Its purpose is informational and educational.

Invertipy is not a broker-dealer, is not licensed or supervised by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV), does not execute buy or sell orders, does not hold funds or securities, and does not act as an investment adviser.

Any transaction involving the instruments we display must be carried out through a CNV-licensed broker, under the terms that broker agrees with you.

About the published information

• Data comes from public sources, primarily the Asunción Stock Exchange, and is updated once a day.
• There may be lags, source errors, or changes to an issue's terms between updates. Always confirm current terms with a licensed broker before trading.
• Published rates are nominal annual rates, exactly as stated by the source. They do not represent effective or guaranteed returns.
• Credit ratings are opinions issued by independent rating agencies about an issuer's ability to pay. They are not guarantees, nor are they Invertipy's opinions.

About the simulator

The simulator produces an estimate using simple interest on the nominal annual rate. It does not compound interest even when the instrument pays periodically, and it does not deduct withholding taxes, broker fees or the effect of inflation.

Its output is illustrative and constitutes neither a return projection nor a promise of results. Your actual net return will differ.

Risk

All investment involves risk, including the possibility of losing part or all of the capital invested. This includes, among others, the risk that the issuer fails to meet its payment obligations, liquidity risk, and the risk of changing market conditions.

Decisions you make based on information from this site are yours alone.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Invertipy is not liable for losses or damages arising from investment decisions made on the basis of published information, from errors or omissions in source data, or from interruptions or unavailability of the site.

Links to third-party sites, including brokers and the Asunción Stock Exchange, are provided for convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

Business model

Invertipy is funded by referral fees paid by brokers. Use of the site is free for investors.

Acceptable use

• You may use the site to consult, compare and quote information, citing the source.
• Automated scraping that degrades the service is not permitted, nor is reselling the data as your own product.
• Presenting Invertipy's information as your own professional advice to third parties is not permitted.

Intellectual property

Market data belongs to its original sources. The selection, organisation and presentation of the catalogue, together with the site's design, text and code, belong to Invertipy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, and any dispute is submitted to the courts of the city of Asunción.
